The owner/franchisee Glen is only interested in big ticket items, (we purchased expensive pool equipment & accessories from him about twelve months ago)when we recently had a filter airlock problem (we live in Melbourne and the property is at Coongulla )I got in touch with Glen and he didn’t seem interested but said send me a picture of the filter when you arrive and I can sort out over the phone! Well I waited two days and had to phone him and wasn’t any help just the usual things check this and that things I had already done! He said I am to busy to call out for at least a couple of weeks. I arranged for the pool builder to come and sort out problem ..... a leaf stuck in the return valve. I messaged Glen to say problem fixed and to arrange a monthly service/maintenance program; After a couple of phone conversations with Glen also text and voice messages as to when I would be up at Coongulla he couldn’t give me a time the last message he sent me was..... OK,next week it is then...... Well I travelled to the property and waited and waited and phoned and messaged and texted But to this day hasn’t even had the courtesy to reply! He is very enthusiastic on shop sales but pool servicing is not an area that he is interested in,so much for customer service just a waste of time. PS for the past couple of months I get a computer generated letter,maintenance of your pool equipment is important and ready to go when you are ...... REALLY!!!? Just learn how to communicate properly and have some respect for previous customers won’t be dealing with them again!
