Polaris in Nth Sydney is one of the newest towers, with beautiful city and water views. There are always good and not so good things to say about living in an apartment block. Something we particularly appreciated at Polaris was the Building Management team, lead by Jason Calteaux. Without exaggerating, Jason is the most helpful, responsive, and professional Building Manager we came across. One example is when I thought that I threw may Macan's keys down the garbage chute, and one of Jason's team helped me for one hour look through the rubbish collection room. I wish every apartment block in Sydney would have a Building Manager like Jason.

Extremely unpleasant talking to Lindon. So rude, as if he was fed up with his job and was taking it out on me. Whatever the question is about the property, he could be polite about it! So misbehaved! Honestly Ruined my whole day. Worst service ever. He shouldn’t be on the receiving end of the phone!!!!
I called up today regarding a lift breakdown that I needed resolved. The building manager George Karadimas was very attentive to my needs and spoke in a very professional manner towards me. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received and I wish there more managers like George.

Have lived a few apartments over 8 years in Sydney, and have all been managed by pacific. When relating to seeing to building needs and residents needs, they really know the balance between the two. To which you build a personal relationship and confidence with them but also know that it’s always professionally looked after. Two people who are Chris and Sherwin have always gone the extra mile and I would personally recommend any strata looking for management, you can’t not get much better than pacific.
