Capital always provide fast, reliable service. They have a large fleet always capable of delivering on time anywhere I need. Customer service staff are always polite & professional. Horrible delivery service I've ever seen. 1. Arrived too early before the agreed time, 6:30 PM, arrived 5:50PM 2. Did not return at 6:30 3. Gave me a call around 6:58, my building was very weak in picking up signal. I've called back 7PM and no answer. 4. I went down and no one has ever arrived. 5. Rude behaviours both from the driver and the customer service, even forcing me to accept left at the lobby and he's sure that the items wont be lost.
