Bad customer service experience. Went to their shop and bought something. When i got home, found out that some pieces is missing from the toy that i bought. Tried to call the owner a couple of times but he kept on saying that he couldn't hear me clearly on the phone and that i should just go back to their shop and get the pieces of missing toys. Well it's an hour drive going back to their shop (one way) and i don't want to waste petrol and time. I bet they don't want to pay for the postage for the missing toys although it's their fault.
Adult Direct is probably the best adult store when you compare to other stores in Sydney. Their prices are cheaper than any other store and have a variety or products. The best part is their service, the owner manager is very friendly , patiently explains about all the products and even suggests based on the customers experience. The store is located in a discrete location and moreover if you are too shy to spend time checking out products on their store, you can order online and have a store pickup option as well. I would recommend this store to anyone anyday.. Sydney's Best.
