Cutest little motel ever! Super clean and plenty of space. Love the minimalistic, industrial makeover. My only criticism would be the super fat pillows. Way too big for someone who likes a low pillow. Normally take my own but forgot it this time! Quiet and close to all village facilities. Rachel the manager was really friendly and very helpful as were all the locals we spoke to on our 1st visit to Russell Island.
Very modern tastfully furnished super clean wonderful staff the bed was super comfortable. Definitely a 5 star!!!
We arrived about 6pm. Followed the instructions that were texted to me only to find no key in the key safe. Tried to call the mobile number but was diverted to voice mail, there was no other contact person, as we were locked out of our accommodation we had to go back to the mainland. Very disappointed. We were refunded 200.00 of our stay. When I finally was contacted (by text) and I said thats not good enough please call, the only explanation I was offered was "It's never happened before".
Nice clean and closed to the pier.
Good for a motel, although there's not much choice on Russell Island. Rooms were clean with fly screens and air con, which are needed. We were provided with items for washing up, although the dishwashing liquid smelly as though it had been replenished using the toilet cleaner Towels we're provided but take your own shampoo.
