My family has been going to Dr Ian for over 20 years. He's been there for us and our pets for so long he and his team feel like family. He has always been reliable and so so kind to us. He has a soft and gentle touch with our fur family and is always the voice of reason in stressful situations. We are so grateful to Dr Ian and his team for looking after our pets for all these years. HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!

I have been a regular frequent flyer for the past 10 years for both routine and unexpected visits. Ian and the team do an excellent job and I have always felt that Max and Cooper are in safe hands. I have never felt rushed and Ian always answers all my questions understanding how much Max & Cooper mean to me. I always feel reassured that they are in safe hands. The team is lovely and very accomodating. Even though I don't live in the same suburb, I make the drive to this practice and would definitely recommend them. :)

Dr Ian is absolutely amazing! My dog Panda is always wagging his tail, happy to see Ian. Both Panda and I feel very comfortable around him and we both leave happy customers. I have recommended all my friends and family to see Dr Ian!

worst experience! took my 6 month old Kelpie to visit Dr Ian after reading the good reviews but it was not a good experience at all. Dr Ian had no communication skills, did not introduce himself, talk to us at all, pat our dog, didn't look us in the eye and did not listen to us about our concerns with our pup. He ended up having a stomach bug and all we received was a google print out from the receptionist who had no idea what the issue was. we ended up going to another Vet up the road who was AMAZING!! would never come back unfortunately.

Not a good experience. Dr Ian has the worst customer service skills, seems as though he hated dogs and his job. Didn't look us in the eye or even say hello. Left with 0 information and had no care towards the dog. Had to go spend another 200 at another vet.

The one stop vet! Always very welcoming staff with a smile, Jo is very lovely and easy to deal with and all the reception staff! And Ian is just the best vet! A defiantly reccomed best vet in town thanks :)
