An absolute must for a full week of soccer training. This is my favorite place to have all my recovery needs met in a variety of forms. I can always count on a great experience when I show up. The staff is great and they have really looked after me through this season. I will continue to visit here multiple times a week so I can continue to play at a high level by making sure my body has the proper recovery tools! Thanks for all that you do Mark and the gang!

Totally recommend the compression therapy & cold / hot pools for fast recovery after sport. It definitely helps especially during multi day events. Our whole cycling team went during this years Australian Masters and couldn't be happier with the service, value and improved results.

Fantastic staff. They can’t do enough to make you happy or comfortable. I had a couple of guys fighting from my boxing gym and these guys went out of their way to message myself and my fighters with well wishes and then after the fight to find out results. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My daughter plays high performance tennis. Mark and Clay are extremely knowledgeable and the recovery my daughter experiences from here is second to none. She really benefits from the recovery center and helps her sports immensely. Thank you guys.

Awesome location and in my eyes the best on the Gold coast ! Coming into this years Ninja Warrior competition I had a torn meniscus and my recovery was going to take some time. I attended the runaway bay location pre comp weeks out and the director Mark took me immediately to the magnesium pools and within a few visits I could already feel my recovery process had sped up and the extension of my left leg felt less pain with this type of recovery. This gave me confidents leading up to the series, I also attended a recovery centre in Victoria pre comp however the service and set up was not like we have here at SRWC so thanks to Mark and the team for getting my body ready. Lastly thanks to Mark and his son for being the typical hard working family business we all aspire to be like. Regards Shaun Hogan

I went to The Sports Recovery Centre with a niggling pain in my ankle that I had for years after rolling it Mark used their Cryo treatment on the ankle twice a week apart and now the pain has gone!!! Thank you Mark and Karen for your awesome service friendly environment and care!!! Next I’d like to try the Hot and Cold Magnesium pools for body aces and pains It’s not great getting old but at least with treatments like these we can stay on top of issues!!!
