I broke through a charged storm water pipe while digging in my garden in the late afternoon. Water was surging everywhere and I initially thought I punctured a water line. Called Laser Plumbing and Jake was here within 30 minutes. He completed the repair in an hour. He did a great job in an awkward location as he dealt with bamboo roots, mud and a tight space. Additional work done 5 November 2020: Rozelle Plumbing (formerly Laser Plumbing) replaced a 25L hot water heater today located within a bathroom vanity unit. Zac did a neat job within a very confined space. Besides replacing the old HWH he added a tempering valve. The work was done to a quote and the job took around 3 1/2 hours, slightly longer than he anticipated. A free house plumbing inspection was included in the job.
This review is based on the experience of an elderly neighbour. The issue was pretty straightforward, hot water equipment and install. I was asked to help make sense of two quotes. The specs on the equipment was identical, with the Rozelle plumbing quote being borderline predatory. Both on equipment cost and instal. I confirmed that I could walk into a plumbing supply store and buy the specified equipment at CONSUMER RETAIL price at a very substantial price saving. They told the neighbour that they had special buying power. The other plumber who quoted did the job beautifully and the equipment and installation costs were sensibly aligned. If you get a quote from them, ring a plumbing supply store like Reece plumbing and check equipment costs. Reece can even recommend installers. Really bad form.
Outstanding service in all respects. Nothing is too much trouble. Extremely pleasant to deal with. After an emergency situation they took a call at 9pm and guided us through what to do. Arrived on time and did everything that was asked and more. Thank you. Pam and Todd, Glebe.
Rozelle plumbing/Heater man installed our new ducted heating system. We chose them after speaking to/quoting from 4-5 installers. The whole team (Shane, Martin, Caleb) were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, tidy and courteous - we could not have asked for more. Special thanks to Shane who went above and beyond to get our heater installed, normal delivery times were affected by covid and he managed the job to get it done before the cold weather hit ! They will be our first choice in plumbers from now on.
Not a business we’d do business with. They were late, their ability to source competitive hardware - heaters etc is driven by their excessive greed. They are not working to your best interests. The Doggett character doesn’t like being called a plumber. You ain’t a brain surgeon pal - live with it. Sharpen your game.
Can not rate these guys high enough. Our hot water heater broke down and Rozelle Plumbing were excellent. They provided excellent advice about the right replacement heater, and were so professional and responsive. They also got the job done quickly. Will definitely use them again
