I traded a 2007 BMW X3 to purchase a 2017 BMW X3 GO1 X-Line. This vehicle was easily the best valued, and best optioned car anywhere by at least 8k. Right from the get-go a was offered both an excellent deal on the purchase as well as for my trade-in vehicle. My industry contacts immediately revealed how respected the team at Prestige Auto Traders are, and for good reason. Yuri was fantastic to deal with and the finance deal was also excellent (I work in the industry). I’ll never hesitate to purchase from them again and will highly recommend them to my wider community. I’m one very happy customer having picked up my new pre-owned vehicle this afternoon.

Thanks for a easy and pleasant transaction. Myles was a gentleman, no sales pressure, good communication, and more than willing to fit in with my busy schedule to get the car on time. Much appreciated. Will definitely deal with you again. Thanks Myles

If you want 5 star service, total honesty and transparency from a car dealer, don’t go past these guys. Yuri in sales was upfront and clear on all matters for trading in and purchasing my new car. Rainier was deligent and made the process for finance very clear, informative and fast. Would give 10 stars if I could. The whole experience from start to end was an absolute pleasure. Thank you Prestige

Attended the wholesaler mid week. There were only a few other customers there at the time, but there were idle sales staff not attending to customers. I was accompanying a purchaser, assisting him with his purchase. The salespersons were evasive and did not wish to make eye contact. I entered into the glass office area and had to ask for assistance. They were a bit hesitant, but warmed when we advised what we were looking to buy now. The wholesaler physical site has at least three different lots, the primary lot right on the corner, a secondary lot, just up the road a bit from the main lot, and a yard, across from the road main lot. The assistant assisted us to identify a possible car of interest. But he could not find this car anywhere, it was not in the main, secondary or outside yard. We were left to our own devices to search for the car, and ultimately, we gave up. I am happy to report he purchased a beautiful white B class Mercedes, two days later from Phil Gilbert. Would not recommend or go back.

Great inventory, competitive prices, free coffee They’re always looking to do a reasonable deal, they’re not greedy like other dealers.

WARNING: They will make any warranty application a complete nightmare. We had a sound investigative mechanic review prior to purchase identifying coolant issues, Prestige tried to cover the issue up claiming their service team had simply "over filled the coolant" - we still have issues with the coolant leaking and despite this being an issue raised whilst under warranty Prestige are not accepting responsibility. We had a coolant leaking issue that was supposedly fixed by them under warranty... Yet we still have a coolant leak.

Got stuck with an expensive car with persistent issues. I pointed them out to the dealer before purchase and was assured it would be fixed before I collected it. They begrudgingly had to get the car fixed as I was lucky to have proof that I sent them the independent mechanics report stating the issues before I purchased it, and it was within the 3 month warranty period. The issue is still happening 6 months on with the car but because the warranty period has lapsed they say its my problem now. The problem was ever completely fixed. I'll see what Fair Trading thinks of the matter, and ask for advice. Doesn't seem right.

Great experience as a buyer. Got a great car last week - the sales team were really helpful and went above and beyond to make the car perfect for colleciton. Thank you!
