Our salesperson was Mohammed. From the first phone call to taking our car home he could not be faulted. Very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They used to say "a good salesman will sell you something you don't want". This was definitely not the case here. All in all a great experience. Thank you Mohammed.

This is the only place in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, that is authorised to service Suzuki cars. I had a bit of a hiccup with the appointment... But once that got through, everything else was smooth. The parking is adequate and the staff is very attentive.
I am coming to this service centre for 2 years. No problems at all. Very understanding team. They will not do anything until you agree and it is in your price range. You have to book early they are busy.
I came in last Saturday to have a look at a new swift to replace my current car and walked out so happy by the amazing service I received from Mohammed, Dee and Louise! Such friendly service and they really went above and beyond for me. Would never go or recommend anywhere else
My Suzuki swift was due for servicing for 80K and went to Mantello Suzuki roxburgh park for the 1st time. Met this lovely soft spoken person - Scot - who advised what needs to be done for the servicing and even offered to get my car clean and vacuumed - End of the day when i picked my car back - it was like brand new out of the showroom - went for long spin the car - Awesome - Hats off to the crew from Roxburgh Suzuki - Scot has excellent customer service skills - Ur awesome mate :-) - Extremely Happy customer
