The team at Traction are excellent. With race-bred knowledge and old fashioned customer service I have been really pleased every visit. I wouldn't do tyres anywhere else!

Excellent customer service - Went to traction tyres to diagnose a noise coming from the front wheels / tyres on my new car and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and recommend me the solution for a very cheap price as well. Very friendly staff there at traction tyres - will come back to change my tyres here for sure!

Very competitively priced in the market, along with the customer service. I decided to travel out 30m to get my tyres from Traction Tyre when I didn't need to, however when dealing with them by phone, their customer service and advice is spot on and they're willing to listen and give you quality advice. I dealt with Marcus, Natalie and a gentleman (I am sorry I forgot his name) who had a sling on. All brilliant to deal with and it felt great walking in/out of there. Very welcoming and accommodating.

Great customer service! I had tyres ordered through an online vendor with the option of getting them fitted at Tyres&More, and while the team at Tyres & More did not had anything to do with the actual sale of the tyres, they went out of their way to help out when the tyres did not get delivered in time. Next time I need tyres I go straight to them instead of booking it to one of the online tyre merchants, the professional customer service and care has been great.
