Didn’t build with sienna , but there sales team (particularly Lorraine) have been very accommodating and a pleasure to to do all the floor plans change etc . There pricing is better than most but we ended up choosing a floor plan that suited us more over redoing on of theirs . Grey company to deal with from my experience.

They delivered a superior build and I now have a beautiful family home that I’m truly proud of. The experience during my build was nothing short of professional with reliable friendly and trustworthy staff, namely Nathan, who was willing to go above and beyond to ensure the end product and my overall satisfaction was met. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM if you are looking for a quality product, good customer service, professional workers/supervisors, on time repairs, quality repairs, knowledge and expertise, and ongoing customer care. The supervisors have no idea about how to deal with maintenance issues, don't care, attempt to pass it off as someone else's problem and attempt to intimidate you if you stand up for your rights. They are unreliable, producing shoddy and substandard work and have no regard for you as the customer after you have taken ownership of the property. Their properties have a history of water leakages something which we have encountered for two years. We have had water pouring through our loungeroom light fittings, mould on our ceilings, holes in the roof, loose roof tiles, something that has been addressed using the band-aid approach. It still has not been rectified resulting in us contemplating moving house. Your home may look good initially but give it time.....issues will appear and WILL NOT be addressed by Sienna Homes. They should be shut down!!!!!
This is my First home I’ve built and Sienna homes made my experience memorable and worth it. All the staff I’ve dealt with were extremely professional and polite, they were all very efficient and on the ball with everything. It’s been 3months since I’ve moved in and even my 90 day maintenance ran very smoothly with no trouble. Overall quality of the house and the company itself has been great ! Extremely happy!!
My girlfriend and I placed a 3000 deposit on a house and land package through Sienna Homes in the Hertleigh Estate in Clyde. We had to withdraw as we weren’t able to get finance. Even though we have it writing from the agent that we would get all our deposit moneys back should we withdraw, this promise was not kept and they decided to keep 500 for ‘administration costs’. Due yourself a favour and buy through someone who doesn’t steal hard earned money from working class people. I sent emails and made phone calls to Sienna to get our money back but we were just ignored. Not happy at all and wouldn’t recommend!
