mycar as known as Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Rowville **WARNING** DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTOR VEHICLE HERE I took my car for a tyre puncture repair in June and to my horror it was returned damaged & unsafe to drive with no puncture repair achieved! I did not have use of my car for a total of 28 days!!! First 10 days I was without any vehicle, finally had the use of a courtesy car for the remaining 18 days. Repairs were FINALLY approved after my numerous follow ups with KTAS. I did not get professional assistance from the manager, store 2IC or regional manager. Furthermore, to date I have not received an apology or compensation for this nightmare experience. My request for further investigations/ reviews of their workplace practices & work ethics has gone unanswered. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HIGH LIKELIHOOD OF UNPROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

These guys were super duper helpful! They truly saved my mobile phone that had slipped into a very slim side of the hand-rest compartment. Seeing them tried so hard with many kinds of tools just to get the phone out truly blessed my heart. Appreciate that! Go and see these boys! Paul was extremely friendly and explained my warranty is still valid when I get my log book service through them. And their price was over 200 cheaper! Honest and reliable. Thanks guys you'll see me and my family again:)
