Brother Jones

Having ultrasound as we are expecting. Sonographer is really blunt and not very personable. Not a great experience for two new parents. We won't be back

The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude. Kept rolling her eyes at me and had a bad attitude from the very moment I walked in. She spoke to me like a child. I needed an emergency ct scan which my dr had only just asked me to get 15 minutes prior, so I was full of anxiety as I had never done this before. They could not fit me in and looked so bothered that I was even there without an appointment so they sent me elsewhere. I decided not to go to the place they sent me to, and decided to think about it overnight as I was quite anxious and went back the next day. The same receptionist was there and this time even angrier. I asked her if I could have my referral back and she huffed and puffed over it and rudely asked for my DOB and told me to wait in the waiting area. She come storming out with a piece of paper and yelled at me that if I had concerns the radiologist will talk to me and I should just do the ct scan, she had no compassion whatsoever about my concerns. I left the clinic and saw that the paper she gave me was not the referral I had asked for but a document about the risks. so I had to go back to my gp and get them to print out another referral and I went elsewhere. The other place, (on panmure street) was extremely professional and understanding and walked me through the whole process and took me in straightaway. Will never return back to the town centre radiology.

Everything is too hard for Pauline the receptionist. She is uninviting and didn’t even try to assist.

Receptionist was extremely rude, spoke to me like a child and made made rude asides she thought I wouldn’t hear. Overall the experience felt unprofessional and fraught with unnecessary conflict.

Disappointing to know that my GP and myself can see a chipped bone in my child's foot however report states there is nothing wrong....took images to a different radiology to be checked which also confirmed the chipped bone... I understand we are human and make mistakes however the recovery treatment is determined on this report being accurate...

Pretty slack. They only have a person 'sometimes' doing CTs on a saturday. Saturday is listed as their puplished opening hours.

They dont consider patient health , reception girl is cold person because of 1 minute late she told me i can book for you after another 2 weeks and i have to do ultrasound today for urgent case
