Can not find enough good words to say about this place.... The care we received was above 5 stars; in particular Dr. Catherine Parkin who treated my French Bulldog who was unfortunately diagnosed with Cancer... She went above & beyond for our girl & when it came to the heartbreaking decision of having to put her to sleep; the care & respect shown was pure LOVE... If/When we are ready for another dog I know exactly which Vet I'd be attending....

I have used a lot of good Veterinary clinics over the years however the team at this Surgery are amazing. The Vets take their time and are so gentle with the Animals as well as caring for the owners too. This Practice has a better range of Diagnostic equipment than most Vets and are open 24 hours. I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolute wonderful service. I have been now with all my animals to your vet, 2 snakes and 2 dogs. Every single time from calling to make an emergency booking, the reception ladies have been very friendly and helpful. Dr Peter Hutchinson was so thorough with our snake, he saved our beloved pet. Dr Jim today was so wonderful and saved my border collie to have a not necessary operation. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know with pets. Keep up the great work. You all deserve a compliment. Thank you once again.

You know, it's easy to be critical, but it's a 24x7 veterinary facility, with limited staffing after hours, but ALWAYS there when needed. I've always found staff unfailingly polite, within bounds of busyness. Sometimes, priorities are necessary and patience is a virtue. No matter what type of animal we've taken always great care and empathy shown. And on a recent visit with a road injured possum, couldn't fault treatment of the critter or ourselves (while we were just transporting it after lifting it off the path at the side of a road). Awesome to have a facility like this during snake season accessible.....
