Jenna at Tile Mega Mart Roseberry served me and was wonderful. She gave me great design advice and was so patient when I took so long to decide on the tiles I wanted. I also dealt with Viktoriya who assisted me with amending my order over the phone and she was also lovely. Tile Mega Mart held my stock for 2 months until I was ready for tiling and promised me that they would be put aside and not sold to another customer. There was some issues with the delivery but this was rectified quickly and easily. Very happy with the service and experience I have had with the Roseberry store.

Great range of tiles on display. The showroom is a large warehouse with a huge range of panels/walls with the tiles on display. This makes it really easy to visualise what they will look like rather than trying to imagine it with one random tile. There is plenty of parking in the complex and the staff are super friendly.
These guys are terrific. I am long-standing customer and they went out of their way to get me some replacement tiles. I really can't speak highly enough of Tile Mega Mart! Highly recommended with great customer service.
Beautiful, creative displays and gorgeous tiles. Not what I expected from the name which sounds a bit bargain basement. Shopped around now in many tile stores, and even though they didn't have what I wanted, liked their stock.
I was left thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Tile Mega Mart. A simple order for two sets of subway tiles turned into a series of almost comical errors, highlighting the sheer incompetence of its staff. From being charged for a tap that we did not order, to delays in delivery with no communications forthcoming from Manu and the rest of his staff, finally ending up with the wrong color of tiles installed in our kitchen, this is an experience that I cannot recommend to anyone looking for a professional service. Their view on customer service when confronted with their mistake is to quote the rules and regulations even offering to sell you another ticket to watch their horror show at a discounted price. Avoid at all cost!
Amazing service from Manu at Tile Megamart today. Manu was so helpful, honest, answered all of my questions and took the time to assist. Bathrooms sorted in one short visit! Highly recommend.
