The entire team at the hospital from vets to surgeon and nurses to receptionists were so caring, thoughtful, highly experienced and thorough. My dog was in such a bad state when she entered and a whole team of people immediately jumped in and treated her on walking through the door. I was amazed at their speed and how thorough and cautious they were with her treatment, constantly choosing and adapting the best treatment plan for her and updating me regularly throughout the whole process! Best veterinary hospital ever! Best specialists! Best nurses! Best Receptionists! Everyone at this place cares!

Most compassionate Vets, Nurses and Receptionists I've ever encountered! Was severely stressed over my cat's surgery (having GAD doesnt help) however I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of communication which put me at ease. Props on the staff for their endless patience and kindness in answering my questions about Luna. I understand I must have been quite the annoying parent. Had to stop myself from laughing every time they referred to my very male cat as a "she" for my own benefit! (Due to feminine name).

We have visited a couple of times with both our dogs and have no hesitation in recommending the team. They are prompt, professional, kind and caring and we know our dogs will always receive the best care and attention from everyone.

If you have something go wrong with your pet and need immediate help then go straight to SVES. Our dachshund was showing symptoms back pain so Chris Tan, Junior and team swung straight into action and fast- tracked her in for a scan. Some issue but not requiring surgery at this stage, phew.

After being presented with my daughter's very ill Jack Russell, the staff were very supportive of him, and very helpful and informative towards us. For professionalism, and empathy, we can't fault them. The evening that they had to put the dog to sleep, the vet and nurse were genuinely caring and supportive. The hospital sent our family a bunch of flowers with a condolence card, after his passing. Couldn't speak more highly of the kind folks at SVES.

SVES is an amazingly professional and caring organisation who provide an exceptional level of care. From the minute we walked through the door after a 3 hour emergency dash with our little one who was very ill we knew she would be safe and well cared for! The entire team is so caring, professional and they kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The level of care is exceptional. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had to take my dog to Sydney Vet Emergency in Rosebery a few times. Both times were stressful for me, but the staff there were consistently reassuring and informative. They show compassion and display true caring for animals (they gave my large husky lots of cuddles and treats with enthusiasm), as well as keeping owners up to date. Thanks to the whole team there, I highly recommend.
