These guys are fantastic! Great selection of instruments and the customer service was second to none! Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out my first ever guitar (which I am absolutely loving)! I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are a local, family owned business and we all need to support local businesses more. 100% will be going here for all my musical needs!

Just been to the new store, WOW, what a selection of music and instruments. My son needed a drum kit and got excellent service (the old electric set died...). My son was able to try a drum set in the store, and then after purchase Noel came and set the drum set up in our house. What a gift (as I know next to nothing about setting up a drum kit). My son is SO happy with his new kit and is practicing more than ever. He was inspired by the experience. Highly recommend visiting the new store, and there is easy parking on site, which was a concern of mine before heading over.
Recently bought a ukulele here. Super friendly & super helpful customer service. Nice selection of instruments, too, with some unique brands.

Terrible experience. I went in one day to see the new store after being a customer at the old store and I went in. From the minute I began to talk to the worker, he was very condescending and rude and was scoffy. I left and came back two days later with some friends and we had the same worker.We said we were coming to look at the store and he said “oh so you’re just coming to play around” which we all found rude and condescending. He then asked if we needed any help getting instruments down (Which We Didn’t) to ask him. I grabbed a guitar and played a bit and as we were leaving he said “the next time I ask you do you need help getting instruments down, I’d appreciate if you’d listen to me” in a very rude and snarky way. This ruined our day and worse we’re the guitars there. The worker said they had a beginner, intermediate and high end range. I thought ok high end is very expensive gibsons and fenders but no. The only “High-end” guitars for sale were three Sterling guitars. To them high-end is 1,000-2,500. This was not a big range and there wasn’t a single fender or Gibson guitar there. And the only brands remotely close were Tokai and sx. Both cheap not very good quality brands. So overall the customer service and range was awful. One star
I bought an acoustic guitar for my 30th birthday present (to myself!) .... it was a great beginners piece and Adam was very helpful with the sale. Alas - there was a very random design fault which appeared 1.5 years into it. Adam was super kind, assertive and pro-active. He chased up a replacement from the supplier. Not only did he do this but the new guitar was an upgrade! His efforts and eagerness was exceptional customer service. I am a very happy customer and really appreciate his guitar knowledge and friendly service. :)
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Great prices and honest opinions. Also beautiful and well maintained guitars.
