This was the best place we’ve stayed at as a family (all adults) plenty of space, separate living areas, a lovely courtyard area where we sat during the evening. It’s clean, well equipped, in a convenient location and very spacious. We were welcomed on arrival and everything explained. Much cheaper than having 6 separate motel rooms! Value for money!!

Amazing house and inside is even bigger than the photos and in fact, photos do not do this place justice. A great choice for group gatherings or families. Has many amenities and is greatly equipped with everything you need. StayCentral ensured we had a great stay. Thank you!

This house saved us for 10 weeks whilst repairs were being done on our home due to a flood. The owner was an extremely nice man who was always going above and beyond to try and help us out and there was also a neighbour who we could call upon if we needed anything and cleaned the house to a high standard. Inside the house is huge and is absolutely big enough to sleep 14 people. It is extremely spacious and comfortable and we found the games room an added bonus. The location was great, very close to shops and parklands and also the train station is a short walk down the hill if we needed to travel into the city. Really highly recommended!

Great property! It's well appointed, spacious, very clean, beds are super comfortable. The building is a little old but well looked after and has been modernised, could benefit from some attention to windows in main bedroom at front to help block noise from passing traffic but besides that fantastic stay.

Ideal place to stay when needing a family base near the Austin Hospital. Colin and the team had the house ready within one hour of us booking and couldn't have done anything more to improve our stay.

..The mansion was a fantastic place to stay for our large group. There was so much space and so many living areas that we could easily spread out into smaller groups, or share one area if we wanted to. The outdoor area was amazing with plenty of undercover seating and even a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own huge flatscreen TV so anyone could watch whatever they wanted to in peace and quiet. It has a huge kitchen with 2 fridges and everything that our group required. It was a great location, away from the busy CBD but only 20 mins by express train. The local shops, restaurants and cafes are only just down the road too. I would thoroughly recommend the property to families and workgroups alike as it lends itself to either. We will certainly stay here again when we return to Melbourne.

Our students' favourite things about this place (in their own words): 1. The lounge room had a big, comfy couch. 2. Had nice, big showers. 3. Plenty of beds and lots of options for sleeping. 4. Pretty kitchen. (Fully-equipped too, though we didn't get to use it). 5. A cool games room to hang out in - pool table (also could be converted to table tennis), comfy couches and bean bags. 6. Excellent heating (we are from the Northern Territory). 7. The cool loft bedroom (which everyone wanted). 8. Our big group could watch a movie together in the lounge room. Our staff team decided on this place based on the big spaces and the games room sealed the deal. We had 9 teenage boys and 5 girls in our group and we were prepared for Chris from StayCentral to say no to our booking request but they trusted us. Thanks, Chris! Also really appreciated how Max took the time to speak to our students about caring for the property which they did so well.

Stayed last month at the luxury mansion in Rosanna and found the property to be outstanding, spotlessly clean, very spacious and had everything for my family get together. The location is close to shops, train station and a short trip to the city. We felt very safe and everything from start to finish was beyond my expectations. The kids loved the billiard and table tennis tables and the house was large enough to enable the kids to play at one end and adults to relax at the other. The whole experience of staying there exceeded our expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending the mansion to others. We will certainly stay there again!
