Needs to be more transparent and speak English. I kept telling them its silver. Spot price 33 an ounce. They gave me 45 for what they said is 7.5 kg then rush you out the door. It was 32kg. I call them and ask for a price of silver afterwards. The man on the phone says immediately "I didn't buy any silver". I didn't ask if you bought any. I should call the police.
