Staff were friendly, however, after calling and discussing what I needed I was told to come in and confirm the quality. After driving 30 minutes the specific part was very obviously damaged, even a quick glance would have made it obvious that it would not be suitable for any one. Why I couldn't have been told this over the phone I don't know, I described what I was trying to fix and their part was in worse condition than mine.
