Organised with Max a purchase of a wall oven via phone, (Max reassured us that there were 2 in stock)we would drive to the store (118k) round trip for us on the Monday. We made the trip . . . . . . . no oven in stock! Karina sorted it out for us she was very apologetic and organised a free delivery for us 2 days later.
