Probably one of the best gyms I’ve been to! It’s really huge and you can find literally everything you need. Even though I went at a peak time, it was pretty empty. The staff was excellent - really friendly and helpful! Everyone has to take a cleaning cloth and a little spray bottle and clean before and after use of all equipment - there’s really no excuse not to clean after yourself. Plus there’s even a heated pool and all cross fit equipment!! Huge high 5!!

Such a beautiful old building. Was surprised to see a variety of equipment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love this place

Not the best experience. Gym doesn't have cleaning products to wipe equipment no paper towel or wet wipes. Asked staff about this and was told to use my towel. I was recently at the gym and found that only 1 out of approx 8 tredmills were working properly (no incline) I approached staff to let them know and they were exceptionally rude. I find myself not wanting to go back to this place terrible customer service.

Good equipment and nice size. Could use a bit more space around the power rack and squat rack and unfortunately no deadlift jacks but other than that no complaints.

best gym in rockhampton. fantastic down stairs free weight, olympic lifting, and crossfit (if you enjoy that side of things). the staff are nice and not intrusive. and norm is a champ. can't recommend this place highly enough.
