Hope they improve! I had dealings with this site in late 2019. They promised 3 years free national servicing and did NOT attach the three years to my vehicle purchase.... leaving me to chase it up later after I moved. Hold them accountable and get it all in writing (thankfully I did).

Brought my car in due to an issue I had with my driver seat. They had booked me in urgently as I felt it was a serious matter. Rayann, Matt & Ellie did an amazing job identifying the issue, informing me with updates and ordering parts as soon as they could. Upon receiving my car after the service was completed, it was given back to me pristine clean and polished off with their amazing service. I HIGHLY recommend this incredible team, especially for customers who are super cautious, careful and obsessed with their cars as I am. Well done!

What deadbeats just wanted to buy a fuse spare parts are clueless and dealership won't tell you what amps are unless you book it in to workshop won't be servicing car there and I consider not having reverse camera a safety issue thanks for no help!!! Any response?One more thing spare parts is across the road at the Toyota dealership so why not buy a Toyota.

Don't know where to start, other than to provide the headline "Don't Go". Feb 2020, MK5 Golf GTI recalled for ABS contol unit to be replace in general recall. Thy hydraulic pump that was working wen the car was dropped off, suddenly became faulty and require fixing at a cost of 4.5k After several discussion about the fact that it broke under their care, I took the car back as they were determine to charge me for the a new pump at the new discounted price of 3.5k When I picked the car up, they had not installed the battery, just left it leaning against the engine. I found this out when putting shopping in the boot I found the battery cradle and checked the engine to find it in a shocking state, leaning on the engine! I called them and they sent some to my house to put the battery back in place. Still wanting to charge me 3.5k for the new hydraulic pump I called a garage in Hurstville to come and perform a recon of the unit. They arrived and within 15 mins, laughing told me there was nothing wrong with my current unit, just that Rockdale VW had not applied the contol software properly. VW Rockdale.... 1 star is 1 too many.

Rockdale Volkswagen service is excellent. The staff at Reception are lovely. They are kind, cheerful and very efficient. The work on my car definitely left my car sounding "healthy" and driving well, looking good after a thorough wash and all for "no charge" due to my visit being the result of a recall check. Many thanks to the VW Rockdale team for a pleasant and very worthwhile visit. The estimated time for my car's service was accurate and much appreciated.
