I had such an amazing experience working with all the beautiful people at Brides by Francesca. Each fitting with their recommended seamstress was effortless. Each staff member makes you feel important and like a part of the family and I’m so glad to have met them all. My dress was more than I ever expected, thank you all for making one thing about our COVID wedding easy!! Thank you Francesca and your phenomenal team for the amazing experience. Xx

I had a wonderful experience with Francesca and her team. They were very helpful, had a huge range of beautiful dresses, and made me feel very comfortable. At every fitting they showed great care and attention, including the lovely seamstress who accommodated lots of minor alterations without issue. I cannot thank you enough for helping make my wedding so special and I credit the staff with all the lovely comments I received about the dress on the day.
Of the many bridal stores I’ve visited, this store had the best service. Hrisoula and the team were very patient, made you feel comfortable and special, and not just another customer. Gladly recommend brides to be to check our their store and great range of dresses!
I had the best experience at Brides by Francesca - Gabrielle was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. I had a short time frame to find the dress and they had no issue working around this & assisted where they could. Would definitely recommend popping in here for a bridal fitting!
I was overwhelmed by the amazing service I received at Brides by Francesca. I went shopping for my wedding dress 6 months prior to the big day, and all of their staff were very helpful and encouraging in helping me to find the right dress. My fittings always felt like a really special experience due to the friendly alterations team and Francesca herself, who were always making sure I was happy with how the dress looked and felt through the process. I knew I was in safe and capable hands with everyone at Brides by Francesca, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Francesca!
Just want to take this opportunity to thank Francesca and her amazing team who made what could have been a stressful time for me a wonderful experience! I can't recommend their services and the range of dresses enough. There is something there for every bride ! Francesca went out of her way to rectify a problem with my veil that was made for me by someone else and I will be forever grateful!
I purchased my wedding dress from Francesca end of 2018 for my wedding end of 2019. She and her team are super organised, experienced and responsive. They also have a great network of trusted tailors. I am an Event Manager and was a bride on this occasion and from experience I can say that those qualities Francesca and team showed are essential to to a happy stress free wedding plan. I absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a supportive, informed, enjoyable and timely vibe for their wedding dress
I cannot thank Brides by Francesca enough for the beautiful experience that I had whilst selecting my wedding dress, completing fittings and finally picking up and wearing my dress. It was truly perfect and I would recommend that any bride pays a visit to your bridal store. There was so much attention to detail by the designer (Jessica Coutures) and in the fittings. Having Francesca make my stunning veil was also a special touch. Thank you for making me feel like a million dollars!
