I had rescheduled twice and came in late was unable to contact the store as my phone ran out of battery while stuck on the M1. Optometrist took me in and provided amazing assistance, and pretty much made my day. I have been having migraines and my GP had rescheduled our appointment for a month later. Optometrist suggested I do a scan, identified some swelling of a nerve and wrote a letter to my GP, which moved my appointment closer. Optom was a lovely person with great expertise.

MY TIPS: ALWAYS GET YOUR SCIPT FROM OPSM - it's FREE on Medicare and it will be accurate. By your frames anywhere but get your lenses at OPSM because they are better quality. Both optometrists were very thorough, capable, and extremely pleasant and helpful. (I saw two female optometrists because there was a fire alarm in the Town Centre in the middle of the appointment, so I returned later). The shop staff were also very helpful and pleasant with the selection of frames and repair of old frames. Huge thanks to all of you!

If you're looking for a new optometrist, go see Kate Hauck because she is amazing! I switched from Spec Savers and Kate is a great mix of friendly, professional and providses a comfortable experience. She's very knowledgeable and has a passion for making people feel good about their eye health. 10 out of 10!
