Geez, I got to claim almost 600 late this week and I'm not looking forward to it judging by the reviews on here. I will tell you how I go

I have submitted the permanent resident visa application and they said I am not eligible for medicare until my pr is granted. But based on their website and the application form I should be eligible. I called medicare on 132011 and the operator ensured me I am eligible and I should go to another office. Do not go to this office anyway. Couples of hours waiting and horrible service.
Brilliant. Amazing service. Very helpful. My issue was sorted after 2 and a half hours on the phone. What more could you ask for. Keep up the good work medicare
Why does the government keep spending billions of our dollars employing incompetent people who manage the development of systems that do not work properly. For example the new Medicare Express AP constantly returns a message that it is unable to process a claim due to being 'unable to establish a stable signal'' ( the main reason for which it was developed) and yet the connection is stable enough to allow me to log on and enter all the claim details. Is this an accidental fault in the system or was it allowed to occur by design?
Impossible to use the gov site and when you phone you just get a message saying they are too busy to talk to you and terminate the call. What a disastrous mess and what bureaucratic failure. What must we the people do to get government to be competent.
Was told to sit and wait for 45 minutes and they would see me if they have time before closing. Or come back another time. Poor service.
They don't do Medicare claims At this office anymore they need to update there info.
Unfortunately this centre deals with Medicare only, I wish they did also Centrelink
