I donated blood for the first time and was a little bit nervous, but the staff were so lovely and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. It was a really good experience and I can't wait to donate again here

I made my first Plasma donation today at the Australian Red Cross Blood Bank at Robina and what a wonderful experience that was made even better by a great team of dedicated professionals that saw to my every need and comfort. What a brilliant service they offer and you are guaranteed to come away with a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that you could be helping to save the lifes of 3 people.
I give blood as well as plasma & platies. I wish everyone would give it's such a great thing to do
A lovely lady who volunteered her services for many years who took great pride in her work and loved talking and helping the donors. I was a frequent donor and enjoyed seeing her smiling face and having a good chat. I feel very upset to hear this beautiful caring lady was escorted out of the building due to an unfair dismissal. This is very sad, you will be missed and no future donations will be made from me. This is not how volunteers should be treated by a charity organisation.
This was my first time donating blood and it was surprisingly easy to do. All of the staff were very welcoming, caring and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel special and it is well worth the effort to attend. I will definitely be back.

Staff are very friendly and always ask if there is anything they can get or do for you. PLEASE consider giving an hour of your time and donate and enjoy the best milk shake after and a snack. Save a life or two.
