I seem to find myself back here often for men’s clothes. The staff are good but not overly attentive - which is nice. Good range of clothes. Cheap but quality suits and pants with a large range of shirts.

I work in customer service and it's not often that I am blown away impressed by customer service. Today I was blown away by Tanya. She was super friendly, directed us to the best buys, gave us choice, accurately guessed sizing and was general very, very good at her job. Tanya is definitely a big asset to your store, .
Shopped in this store a few times. Change rooms, not enough as had to come back twice on a Thursday night to try something on. Came back to grab something I attempted to buy online but no size available. At the store and looking for the item in question, as we find it the male staff member arrives and greets nice enough. We advise I could not find online and he says "why shop online? We do all the hard work but don't get rewarded for it". Then walks away....that's why I shop online. The ladies in the shop have always been nice enough. I buy from the shop but also online. Old mate just didn't like it. If you don't like the very thing that brought me into your store mate, maybe you need to run a different shop with an online platform that rewards you. As a consumer I say, welcome to the future mate. You had a golden opportunity to snag a long time customer by saying something like but the service here and we can order your item in if you don't want it off the rack or we don't have the size.
Way too sales pushy to the point where i don't think the sales assistant knew what 'no thank you' meant. So frustrating!
So disappointed in Connor Clothes Robina. I bought a pair of size 34 brown stretch shorts. Loved them so much I went and bought a second pair in black. Unfortunately the sizing was in correctly marked. They were to big. In fact so big they fell off. I thought as I have had other clothing that had shrunk from the store I washed them. Still the same size. I returned them a few days later and the manager refused to exchange them for a smaller size. I will never shop at Connor again!!!
Bought a suit from there today and Laurel (hope that's spelt right) was amazing! Extremely helpful and gave great customer service.
Fantastic range, well fitting and nicely priced; let down by an over-pushy sales clerk that would not stop pushing a 2 for deal after the first 5 'no thanks'. Shouldn't have to say no more than once!
Great deals with end of season clothes and the staff have always been cheerful and helpful
