I have just had a new home built by Reward Homes & would recommend anyone building to use them. There whole team were fantastic right from the start until the finish. Polite & friendly team that I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Reward Homes the experience has been made fantastic by you. Brad G
Do not build with these guys. They pretend to help at first then screw you. Plumbing alone took over 6 months. I needed to take them to fair trading just to fix our defects. All the little things I called them about after were apparently not covered. Will do my research better if I ever build again.
Be cautious of this company, their salesman was like a dream to deal with at first place before we signed everything, however, after we signed it and something goes wrong now - even though they promised this would be covered and there was nothing we needed to worry about back then, they now completely deny what they promised us before, and interpreted the preliminary agreement in a very different way as they explained to us before we were convinced to sign it. A very dishonest and dodgy company that we will never want to deal with again.
Brought land 2017... 2019 got council approval... 2020 waiting for the bank for a loan...in the long run... it is costing me 26k more than first thought... the house being built on a main sewer pipes.. never again
I am building my first home with Reward Homes. Troy, Michael, Amba-- the whole team is great. Troy is a SUPER STAR. His patience, knowledge and professionalism is commendable and second to none. I did go to a couple of other builders early on in my search but was most comfortable with Reward Homes. I wish them the best for their future endeavors and can't wait for Reward Homes to build my new Home.
I cant tell you how happy I am to have found Reward Homes... This was my second time building a new home. The first time, I went with a very well known company and thought I was getting an amazing price! In the end it cost me almost 200,000 more than the original quote!! My build with Reward Homes was as quoted! If you are building a new home give them a call
Do not buy/build with this company. We were doing the low deposit house and land package with them. They pushed for us to pay the deposit ASAP, three months later and nothing - we still hadn't heard if we had received pre approval, I followed up and again another two weeks have passed with no update or contact, we asked for our deposit back and the company after doing absolutely nothing took a 500 fee?! They literally took the fee for doing absolutely nothing. We are just so grateful we can now go with a reputable company - definately do not want such an incompetent company building our first home. It may seem like a good opportunity but you are paying thousands of dollars more for an extremely small block and to have the process dragged out so long for them to do nothing and still take your money. Take notice of how they have removed reviews from their Facebook page - coincidence I think not. Beware.
