I took my Brother machine into Gareth to have a look at it, I bent the needle threader, ( my finger still has its own heart beat! Ha Ha) To my great pleasure he fixed my machine there and then, and there was no charge! I am extremely impressed! Most people want money just to look at you or your machine theses days. I will definitely be back. I have two machines that need servicing, and I know now the right person to take it to with great confidence. Sincerely Helen.

Now I know, & appreaciate, why there is a waiting list for servicing here!! After the 8 weeks waiting list was up my two older Janomes (Old Jan & New Old Jan) had their turn in at the workshop & I couldn't be happier. They are both running like dream machines & one even has a shiny new foot controller - & back with me in 4 days! Stellar! The waitlist system is a brilliant concept, meaning minimum time without your machines & the online booking is easy. Everything about Gareth & the team at Sewmasters is efficient & friendly. I was a first time sewer when I went to SewMasters for advice on what Machine to buy. Gareth gave me a few different options to go home and research. I love the sewing machine I ended up with, which I bought through SewMasters as they beat all the online prices.
Gareth's attention to detail makes him the best ever sewing machine tech. Being able to book a machine in for service is a good system as it ensures shorter turn around. Shop has a good amount of stock on hand. Service is great & always helpful.
Lou and Gareth are absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable and helpful with everything to do with sewing machines. I did the Brother Scan n Cut training days with them. Amazing!!! Opens up a whole new world for me. There is a photo of the bag I made using the Scan n Cut in the photo gallery.
Just bought a new overlocker/coverstitch machine from here and less than a week after picking it up I made a silly mistake and knocked off the timing. Sewmasters fixed it immediately for me, with good humour, and without making me feel like an idiot (and offered me a free lesson) Excellent, friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend.
