Stayed in a one bedroom studio. Clean room with a great view over the river, which you can view from the sizable balcony. Kitchenette is modern with everything you'd expect. Bedroom is a good size and comfortable bed. Great location with lots of amenities nearby. It is very close to the QLD Childrens / Mater Hospitals if you're visiting for that, perhaps a couple hundred meters. Very convenient if needing somewhere close. Only detractor is the fridge was broken on arrival, however replaced with a bar fridge same day and a new fridge the following day. No fault of their own and extremely helpful in resolving as fast as possible so still five star.

Great area so close to everything. Room not bad. Friendly staff. Quite in the room at night for a good sleep.
Room has a great view. But doesn't make up for... The bed was 'V' shaped so my girlfriend and I kept rolling towards each other all night. Toilet doesn't flush. Not impressed at all. Wont be back. Cancelling 2nd nite
The worst customer service, refused to accept any blame or apologize that their rooms are listed as available yet will take payment then refuse entry. explanation ? oh we don't open Sunday. Hanging up on a phone call is a disgraceful way of dealing with clients. Fair to say they won't be in business long with an attitude displayed today. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
The room itself wasn’t anything that stands out but the service we got from Quang who was the staff member on the Saturday night was great. He was friendly & when we asked out of the blue if he could find an umbrella he was happy to search around for one. Great location, we’d stay there again.
Great views over Brisbane city and river. Very close to Southbank and ferrys. Apartment needs a little upgrade as a little tired and not many kitchen utensils but bed comfortable and staff very helpful. Also has parking.

We extended our stay by one night after a nice night in an above average room the night prior.. What a bad decision. The room they attempted to put us in for night 2 needs to be condemned. Cracked tiles meaning footwear needed to be worn at all times, the lock was falling off the front door, worn carpets. We asked for a refund and left. Thank for wasting half of our day in the city. Manager on for Sunday 20th 1st was blunt and had no empathy and needs some retraining ASAP.
