Going over to Kingfisher for the day as a walkon. No parking available due to staff from Kingfisher parking in car parks. How do i know they where staff..they had name tags on and uniform shirts. Not happy as we had to park up the top.

I is very easy to put your boat in and out of there
There isn't much there but it is a nice little waiting boat ramp / ferry terminal with wonderful views of Fraser Island with great morning light!

It's a bit out of town if you don't have a way out there.. 50 in a cab.. but the wonderful woman who sold me my tickets on to the barge informed me there would be a courtesy bus to take me wherever I was staying upon my return from the island if I was catching the ferry from kingfisher bay.. which I was
Lots of space to queue for ferry. Just a small ticket office. Huge rubbish bin is very convenient when returning from camping on Fraser Island. Could use slightly better signage.
This is the ramp to get to Fraser Island. Get here early because the boat doesn't leave late. Also, make sure you have a good jeep with 4-wheel drive.
Be carefull at low tide tje end of the ramp has a drop off trailor can get hang up at bottom of tide. Don't go past the yellow speed bump. Make sure you have mozzie spray.
