my birthday was during the lockdown period in Melbourne so to celebrate, my partner order the Love Cake mix weeks in advance. he got no shipment detail. he gave couple of weeks (considering the delay in Aus Post) before following up. he got a text that said the parcel must have been lost and another package would be sent by express post. he asked for the tracking number but heard nothing back. that was the last communication. a few weeks later (way past my birthday!!!!), he got a notification that a refund was made to his account from the store. although a refund was made for a product that was never received, it's the lack of communication that is disappointing. we want to support small business, especially during this difficult time. sometime things are out of the store's control but at the minimum, communication is essential. it was a very poor experience!!!

I love this place - the owner is super helpful and you can buy quality organic staple foods or pick from pre-mixed muesli and soup packs, or my personal favorite which is to mix my own. I have fun making my own muesli with everything in there that I really like, and the snack mix currently on my desk has walnuts, roasted cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, currents, and dried cranberries and blueberries. Yum! Organic or non is clearly marked (or she'll tell you if you ask) and it seems like every time I stop by there's more of a selection - there's now a fridge with coconut yogurt and other tasty things.

This is such a great store. I've been waiting to stumble across a place like this in melb for a while now and i'm so happy to have found this wonderful wholefood lovers paradise. The owner katie and all her friendly staff are very helpful and make you feel very welcome. The selection of products (mainly organic) are the best prices i've seen. This store is definitely worth supporting! Try the raw cacao nibble mix-it's sensational!
