Melbourne is definitely very fortunate to be able to have access to such a service. Professionally handled from beginning to being returned as functioning product.

A HUGE thank you to Ben, John and the team at module repair. A Balboa G2000 spa module, reco to perfection. The staff were very helpful, very tollerant (as i had a lot of questions) I decided to pay extra for the "express service" (NO pressure, my choice) and module was literally done the same day! Great team to deal with. Many thanks

Great service, but pricey I've had several modules/parts replaced there, always been done within 1.5 weeks and always repaired successfully. What is disappointing however is the pricing. It doesn't seem related to the difficulty/complexity of repair or the time it would take to do so. Their pricing seems to always be 2/3rd of a new part replacement. Easy to verify, enter the part number to be repaired on their website and ask for quote. Within a minute you get a fixed quote, always around 2/3rd of new. So their service are good if the parts are hard to source, otherwise you're often better off buying new, less chances for things to go wrong later.

My Vulcan / Bonaire wall control spat it and I was told either 2500 for a retro kit to fix it or 4900 for a new heater and control. Ben from MODULE REPAIRS sent me a replacement control for less than 550 that works perfectly !!! Well done team and thanks so much.
