I felt the need to write a review of my experience with the Five Star Music Team. I’m based in Brisbane, Queensland and purchased an Eminence speaker from Five Star Music and was promptly contacted by Mary from the store to inform me that the particular speaker was out of stock. In the middle of the holiday break Mary went absolutely above and beyond my expectations and contacted the supplier to arrange a replacement which as we all know is a mammoth task at this time of the year and not only did she get that moving quickly but also express posted it for overnight arrival to me. This kind of service is very rare indeed and I am very grateful to Mary and the Five Star team for the service and lightning attention. You’ve definitely won a new fan and customer on my part. Thanks again for the best service I have ever encountered anywhere from a musical instrument retailer. Special Thanks to Mary for keeping me in the loop every step of the way .

Bad and rude employee don't know his name but middle age who constantly harassed me clearly seeing i was young and trying to take advantage of me attempting to make me believe i needed to urgently spend hundreds of dollars to get something fixed when i came in just to buy strings. After clearly expressing no interest he continually harassed me and badgered me about it making a 5 minute visit a 15-20 minute visit. Also rudely said ''can you afford that'' after asking about the price. Never returning again, don't come here bad service and rude pretentious workers! Shocking experience, would give zero stars if I could.

Joe and Mike at five star music have given me the warmest introduction into their store. I came to them with a problem and asked for a solution. They over delivered, and went above any beyond to assist and meet my requirements. In doing that they have gained a customer and his loyalty.
