Lifesavers. Last year I did my last minute Christmas gift wrapping with what I had at home. I hastily wrapped the gift in newspaper and duct tape which resulted in what looked like the scrunched up piece of toilet paper you throw in the wastebin. This year, I left gift wrapping to the last minute again, and instead of doing it myself, I had the ladies here do it for me. The gift actually looked like a gift and I could never wrap a present as neatly as they do. Good job! And many thanks to the team there.

I have been a long time customer of this store. I went in today with 3 gifts to be wrapped. Where the store person Scott advises me with a very bad smile, like he don’t care which I think he didn’t as he was sitting on the bench of the store doing literally nothing at all on his phone. Telling me that they stop packing half hour before the store closes I was there 4.35pm. I advised him I am a regular customer there which he didn’t really care about. Beside the point he was packing he didn’t even try and advise me that I can buy some gift boxes and put the gifts in that. Hence I went to 2 shops down bought some gift bags.. but I was really mad about the attitude of the young lad about the business he is working for.. specially in the times where retail is dying . Scott is the prime example why... hope they getting better people to work for them.

This is my favourite card shop! Ever since i found this place i have not gone anywhere else for any cards. They have an amazing range of cards, that is quite different to most card shops as most of their cards are designed by Australian designers. Super friendly staff. Don't listen to the negative reviews of this place. This place is great!

Staff refused to Christmas gift wrap because they had 'jobs' to do before closing. Although when I walked in, the staff member had their back turned to counter; standing around talking to another staff member who was on the phone. Abysmal customer service and I even asked twice. It's a hectic time of the year and would have appreciated some leniency in the Christmas spirit. Next time I'll go to David Jones, that have a better range of cards and gift wrap.

Do not get wrapping done at this place. It is a complete rip off! I realized all their gift bags were around 8 so decided I might as well get wrapping paper for 8 which I can use again and selected basic white ribbon. Free gift wrapping indeed! Spent 18 with 6.50 on the basic white ribbon. When I said to the sales assistant that this ribbon is available for a whole roll for 2 in most places she said "oh well I don't set the prices". Overpriced place.

Was there today. Very friendly and accomodating staff. They wrapped my gift (no charge) after I bought a wrapping paper. They have a wide range all with well-designed designed patterns.
