I've been here a few times - usually the service is good however last time I visited they used wax which was too harsh for my eyebrows and I ended up with skin being taken off and big scabs underneath my brows for my wedding. Thanks a lot.

Very happy and relaxed after my 60 mins facial. I also purchased a vaucher on Groupon. My facial was finished after 55 min and that was absolutely enough. I also didn't receive any consultation but I also didn't ask for it. I think Groupon is to blame for any issues as they tend to advertise things that are not accurate. Recently I bought a voucher for a facial in Nunawading but the facial was actually in Glen Waverley.
I never really give bad reviews, however, my experience here has left me upset with the service that I received. I saw an ad on Groupon for a half hour facial, which I called up and made a booking for. After waiting in the lounge and filling out the paperwork they gave me, I was invited to go in the room to start my facial. I checked my phone at that time and it was 6:26pm. There was also a clock in the room and I remember thinking to myself that the therapist probably wanted to start at 6:30 so it's easier to keep track of time. The procedure itself was ok, although I assumed after she had cleansed my face, the therapist would examine my skin to see what it needed, or ask me what my concerns were, as that is what I have had done in the past. There was none of that - I got about 5 to 6 products applied to my face and then wiped off. After a while, I thought to myself, "surely my face should be all cleansed now, I'll initiate the discussion on my skin and what I think it needs". That was the point where I was informed my facial was over. It was approx 6:48pm! My 30 minute facial was over in 18-20 mins? When I asked the therapist how come I had a shorter time, she insisted she started at 6:20pm and that it was now 6:50pm. No, not according to my phone or the clock in your treatment room. I could very easily have applied products to my face at home if that was all a facial entailed, and to have treatment time shortened b 8-10 mins is quite unacceptable! I thought I had found a new place close to my new home, but I guess not!
Amazing service, attention to detail was fantastic! Love their wax! It’s so gentle on your skin! (The only wax that my skin doesn’t get a reaction to!) I would recommend checking out all their deals – subscribe to their newsletter for updates on new specials & deals. I brought my Mum a pamper pack, for Mother’s Day & she loved it!
I had SNS nails done here. The colour was nothing like the swatch (it turned out ice baby pink rather than neutral warm pink), the "gel" top coat was rough on most nails by the time I got home (which I buffed out, it was so bad) and the edge of one of my nails was bumpy, so I had to file that down as well. Three of them had lifted off completely within two weeks. However - the salon was clean and bright, the girls were pleasant (I was offered tea, coffee or water) and they used a manual file rather than the electric to buff my nails.
