After four months of arguing with FIAT, I have decided to make this public. My FIAT 500 C late 2014 has developed the famous fault: a big crack in the dashboard, which affects the airbag. My car has only 33 000 km, and it had much less when this happened. Almost all Fiats 500 made before 2015 have the same problem as mine because the dashboards have terrible quality and, they break due to extreme weather conditions. Fiat made a call worldwide as other popular car brands did when they built something that has a fault. However, I know that Fiat Australia did not want to assume the consequences so, they didn't. When it is hot, the airbag expands so much that it looks like it is going to explode and, that was the reason why I decided to complain. Does anybody believe that this is common in other brands? No, it is not and, no one will feel like driving a car that has a faulty part next to the driver's wheel. I do not feel SAFE driving that car throughout the freeway, and that's why I want to get it fixed. My car has a fault and Fiat has to fix it. It is not fair to blame the customers when you know the majority of your products present this problem all over the world. My recommendation after this awful customer service experience: look for a different brand when buying a car, do not trust FIAT and do not trust this dealer. They will not assume their errors and they will not look after their customers.

Those who have an Alfa Romeo would understand how difficult they are to get parts for. Hardly any dealers out in the Northern suburbs sell parts now. Nothing was to hard for the guy on the phone, with in minutes he worked out what I needed, with in hours I had the part with a click and collect service. What an impressive building that is in West Meadows. Good value, great service and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t fault them. K.B.

My AlfaGiulia just started stopping on busy roads,freeways ets.Extremely dangerous and frightening. After a couple of visits ,and 1 new battery there is no resolution, just shrugs
