Cheesecake shop always provides quality, fresh cakes, easy to order service, I order this cake online, added writing, paid online, we picked it up on time as promised, no problem and it was amazing! Easy parking out the front and open good hours. Would recommend!

Hi i ordered a fruit flan and organised for my daughter to pick it up Sunday. I was expecting the old style fruit flan ,not a sponge with a thin layer of cream/custard ? I feel for 35 it was a very cheaply made cake.and would have picked up something cheaper,nice and better taste from Woolworth .I was very dissapointed .
Such good blueberry cheesecake! So smooth and so nice! Most important, it's not too sweet.

The cakes taste really nice, but I orderd a large cake and they gave me a small cake and it was only 20 mins until the birthday party! So I was late and it took the shop a while to believe I orderd a large cake. They have bad customer service, but tasty cakes.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a confetti cake and when i went to pick it up today I was handed a bright pink confetti cone cake. Two very different cakes. I told her that I didnt order that cake but she argued with me in front of other customers. I offered to buy another cake but she kept arguing with me. I walked out and have since lodged a formal complaint with the head office. Customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately these people don't understand that
