Very peaceful and serene place. Relaxing place to go particularly around the polo field. Some staff were friendly others seemed a bit too serious but I don't think they are generally trained to cater to tourists or visitors. Feels more like a private club of riders who are doing casual rides on the side (which I think is the case) so they are a little bit in their own world.

Took two 9 yr olds over the school holidays. They loved it. Horses are perfect for new riders. Such a pretty place. Feels like you are away in the Hunter Valley. Staff are friendly and exceptional with the young riders. We will have my daughters next bday party there for sure.
Love this riding school. One thing i look for is in a riding school is how they treat their horses. The girls here really take care and love these animals. No ill treatment to be found. The staff are friendly and kind. The scenery is also amazing. Minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like your elsewhere. I have been to my fair share of riding schools and there is a reason why I travel an hour from Wollongong to come here, highly recommend.
I went with my family and some friends and it was one of the best horse riding experiences ever! Had such a nice view and all of the horses were friendly and the staff were very helpful and energetic. We got to ride for about an hour. I rode Rex whilst my family and friends rode Ace, Angel, Mindy & Ally. We also got to feed two horses as we were getting our helmets! One named Silver and i can't quite remember the others name as i only fed Silver. 100% going back there soon.
On my first ride on a horse was absolutely AMAZING! The landscape was a beautiful, calm sight. The guides were patient and friendly. It was a nice family outing! I would be eager to go there again!
I took my 3 kids riding here this month. It was their first horse ride, and they absolutely loved it! The guides were so patient with my nervous little one and offered to lead her for the entire ride. Half way through she was confident to go off the lead and had a great time! Can't wait to go back! The views are stunning also!
First time visiting. We were a group of ten - 6 kids and four adults. We had some lovely horses except for Ace. Attitude problem But at least an experienced rider was on him/her. The location was beautiful and the ride itself was very relaxing. We will return probably without the kids so we can go faster. I see on here there are a few customer service issues. We experienced the same. The front desk lady was grumpy and did not engage positively. My daughter picked her puppy up and just as I asked her to put him down and not to pick him up again Lilly was yelled at, which I did not appreciate. She was also very curt when the cute wee puppy was pulling at our youngest riders shoe laces. So I would think that if you didn't want people to interact with your puppy, who was super friendly and very cute, you would keep him crated? We also didn't get a goodbye, how was your ride, we hope to see you again or anything warm and welcoming, it was - Complete this, hold onto that- there was no, now your paperwork is complete head down and grab a helmet - so and so is down there and will get you mounted. We had no idea where or what we were supposed to do. I would have given 5 stars but for the Customer interaction. The young lady riding middle (white pony) was very lovely and chatty which was great. The other ladies could learn a thing or two from her. Will we come back? Yes, but we won't expect stellar service.
My daughter and I had a fantastic experience here several months ago and she's been asking me about rebooking ever since. So I'm about to book our second ride now! Beautiful scenery with friendly & helpful guides.
