An incredible experience for our small function! Last week, at short notice, the Spread Eagle hosted 22 of us us for dinner in their lovely upstairs private dining room. The space (made available at no charge) was perfect - private, good space for mingling and with the convenience of our own bar and bathrooms. During arrangements the staff were responsive and flexible, and on the night staff were welcoming, efficient and professional. Food was delicious, with lots of compliments from guests. Highly recommend.

First time visit and was pleasantly surprised by the service and decor inside. The draft beer is super easy to down a few with the cricket on the TV and fold was delish! Well worth the trip.

Excellent service from the moment of arrival. We appreciated the staff taking care to mark out veg meals, as we had noted on the booking that we were vegetarian/vegan. Food was lovely, great selection of drinks and cocktails. Lovely ambience. Highly recommend.

Dont know much about the hotel but the food is pretty good and service above average. The char grilled steak burger and sandwiches were very good. Bread was nice and meat was done just right. Prices are really reasonable.

Great food, very fast service, beer selection was good too, a mix of craft and standard beers. Service was friendly and great! Its Dog friendly out the front, where there's plenty of places you can sit. Great experience overall.

First time here with the family and we were really surprised with how lovely the service was and most importantly the delicious pub food! Half of us had vegetarian options and it was great. No wonder the place was full on a Monday night. We will be back to try steak night!

The team at the Spread Eagle were so accommodating when we needed a last minute venue due to changed COVID restrictions. The private room upstairs is so versatile, the staff on the night were friendly and attentive. As always food was great and we will be back.
