Lost my Optus Fetch Box Mini in the floods. Rang the shop to buy a replacement and was told they were in stock. When I got there I was told that the shop could not sell me the Fetch Box because of Optus guidelines. I would have to order the unit on line and that would take about 7 days. I tried that, and could not order it because account is in my wife's name!! We have been with Optus for some years, then they want to do a credit check for 200. The last straw was delivery. My wife had to be.home to sign for the Fetch Box. I must state that the shop and staff were great, and would have loved to help me, but Optus management make things difficult. It seems that they are happy to spend heaps on advertising and losing customers because of poor service.

Finally sorted internet issue. New modem on way ? Told 3-5days. Q- why does shop not hold replacement s ? Loss of internet will be now over a week. Not Good when operating a business (e mail)
