I'd give 10 stars if I could. I first met Ceren when I was looking for a custom made LARGE mirror made for our studio. She went above and beyond to find us rare wood to make our studio mirror special. This was around 5 years ago. When it came to purchasing our first property we knew we wanted El Lobo to make custom pieces for our house also since we were beyond happy with our mirror. Ceren made our entryway table with a massive thick sleeper, our entertainment cabinet for our TV and also our dining room table. Just speechless when it arrived. Ceren works within your budget and gives you options to consider. I love that. And I love the fact that I have custom made pieces for my home now that my mirror has also come home from our studio. Cant wait to use their services again!
We purchased a beautifully made cutting board for my daughter's birthday, but, unfortunately, when we arrived home, two of the stoppers on the underside had detached, either in the shop, or while transporting it home. I returned to the shop and requested replacement stoppers and was told that they would be posted to us. We waited for more than a week and none arrived, so I returned to the shop to make the request again. I was told that the stoppers would be delivered to our home. Ten days later, they still had not arrived, so a phone call was made. At this point we were told to buy some at Bunnings. We had tried this, but our local Bunnings did not stock the same stoppers. Then we were told that we were welcome to return the board. This service is abominably rude. Apparently, we were lied to twice when told that stoppers were to be delivered. Our daughter's birthday present is faulty and so far, cannot be delivered. Of course I can find other stoppers and glue them on, but I expect more customer service than this. No amount of glamorous presentation can substitute for helpful customer assistance.
El Lobo made our dining table and bench and was an absolute joy to work with. She was patient, friendly and even made some mild modifications after it was complete to suit our taste. I would highly recommend her.
