My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Maserati Melbourne. Previously we dealt with another large prestigious dealer and couldn't believe the difference in all aspects of service. It was a massive step up with Maserati! Our initial introduction was via Shane, who was so professional and had great knowledge and understanding of what we were searching for. We then moved onto dealing with Janine who was and is an absolute Gem!!!! She also certainly knows the ins and outs of Maserati. The reveal of our car was so classy and stylish, you could see that this was guided by Janine's influence! It was so beautifully done and we couldn't be happier with this gorgeous machine that we have purchased. We have only had the car for 3 weeks and already the after service has exceeded our expectations. Another fantastic team member is Matt in the service department. What can I say about Maserati Richmond - made the call and Gary was fantastic to deal with. Negotiated a very reasonable price and the deal was done within a couple of days. Janine took over and what an energetic, helpful, informative and overall very pleasant person to deal with. The car is unbelievable and the customer service prior to and post purchase has been unbelievable. I highly recommend this business and the Maserati product itself is better than what we expected. I am using my partner’s acc as I don’t have google acc. I did my end of warranty inspection today at Maserati Melbourne. The service and team are great, especially the staff(Chris) who help me. Even through it is a free inspection, they provide a free loan car, fix the little problem with brake and wash the car for me. As I mentioned I need to travel 2hours back home so I think they did their best to ensure the car can be returned to me ASAP. Great service and team at brand new location!
