Shocking experience... Take this as a warning!!! I booked a session for 5pm. The sauna is shoved in the back of a palates / spin class studio. Tiny room - so amateur. As I entered the sauna the music from the spin class, which is literally next door, started. As my sauna progressed, the music up louder and louder and louder. After my shocking experience, I complained to the front desk who then told me to call the manager. It's been a week now and I have called the manager severely times with no response. Such a shame.

I'm pretty furious at my experience with D-TOX Box. I booked via Class Pass a few days before my 9am session. Spent time packing bathers etc for the sauna, and work clothes to get to work after. Took a few hours off work. Traveled over to Richmond early to avoid peak hour. Parked near D-TOX and happened to check my email by chance - and at 8:24 I'd received a cancellation for my 9:00 session!!!!! WOW! Great - now I had 45 minutes in peak hour traffic to get home, and a few hours of leave wasted. Now maybe there was a legitimate reason, but who would know. Any self respecting company would pick up the phone to alert you given it was so close to the time, and god-forbid apologize for the inconvenience - but nothing. Now to be fair I don't know why they cancelled, and when they cancelled but can assume its a pretty automated cancellation process, and nothing a polite, customer-centric phone call wouldn't have resolved. Maybe I'm skeptical, but I can only assume they had a full fee-paying person turn up. Super disappointed, and so much so that I decided to write this review (I rarely write reviews!).
The worst experience! First time I booked was for 10am on a Sunday morning and when I arrived I was told they had forgotten to turn the thing on! Then anytime I try contact the number provided to enquire about something- voicemail or no answer! Terrible service and would not recommend
