I am absolutely in awe of the service I received at this Kia dealership. You can tell it’s family run from the moment you walk in the door and what a difference it makes. It is very easy to forget what true customer service is these days until being lucky enough to experience it at places like this. From the smallest to the largest tokens, I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough. Thank you very much to all of the staff who not only made me feel extremely welcome, but helped me immensely in my journey of selling my old car and buying a new one. 5 star for Carl, the finance guy. He was the only helpful person at the dealership. I'm happy with my car but the customer service needs serious improvement. They called multiple times for the deposit but once they got the deposit, they literally vanished. I had to call them 5 times a day and each time they said "we'll give you a call back", but they never did. They only care about the customers till they get the deposit. They didn't deliver the car on the promised date, it's okay if there's a delay but the least they can do is inform us. :)
Had excellent service as a walk in customer. Went in on Saturday afternoon to have a look at car models and met a very friendly salesperson Sebastian. He really took his time to explain the car to us and understood our needs for the car. I haven't decide on buying the car but highly recommend this dealership if anyone is interested in buying Kia cars. The customer service I had was excellent and very rare these days as most sales from other car brands usually focus on the sales rather than taking time to walk you through the car. Good job city Kia!
I cannot speak highly enough about the team and service at City Kia. John Pascoe Junior went out of his way to find my dream car and I couldn’t be happier! His enthusiasm and assistance have been much appreciated. In addition, his staff, including Carl and Ashleigh were extremely attentive and explained all the finer details of my purchase. Ben and the team at KIA were amazing in communications! The moment they had stock they let me know and the whole process was seamless, easy and comfortable.
