The team at Advanced Dermal Institute have been amazing with treating my skin & body concerns. So far I have had multiple LED light treatments, plasma pen treatment, microneedling, laser hair removal and I will also be doing the Hydrapen treatment. The ladies are so lovely and professional, I have had such positive experiences and the treatments are amazing with real results. I've had massive issues with acne in the past and have visited several dermatologists & taken roacutane treatments for it so I really wasn't expecting the LED light treatments to help so with that but it has made a substantial difference for me, also boosting collagen production so my skin is clear & glowing! Plasma Pen made a huge difference on my eyes and removed several deep line wrinkles and crepey saggy skin. The clinic provides so many different treatments and is quite affordable. I've certainly appreciated the service they provide and would recommend to men or women who have any skin related concern.

DO NOT BOOK ANY CONSULTATION HERE! I highly recommend not buying any service from this place, please be aware if you buy anything through Groupon. I have made a terrible mistake trusting in this merchant. Before making the purchase I contacted the Centre because my main concern was to not be able to use the voucher due to the restrictions in Victoria. Few emails later after I explained my concern and hear their replies I bought a service and booked an appointment, now that the restrictions are still on place and it’s uncertain when they’re going to open again is not possible to me to redeem the voucher because I’m travel overseas for good. I came to them to proceed with the refund, at the beginning they told me not to worried, they were aware of the situation and suggested me to contact Groupon to continue with the refund process. Now that Groupon has granted the refund, this place doesn’t want to confirm to them that the services were not rendered. I feel completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service they are providing. It’s absolutely disrespectful how they’re managing the situation, acting against fair trade policies.
Excellent friendly professional service. I’ve just finished my 10 fat cavitation treatments on the side of my thighs & couldn’t be happier with the results. From stubborn lumpy thighs to smoothness I noticed a difference after one session & it was well worth every cent. Couldn’t be happier. I can highly recommend this place, ladies are always friendly even when under the pump during busy periods & the results speak for themselves.
I went in today for my first session of laser hair removal and I couldn’t be happier. My therapist Dianna was very bubbly and informative and it made me feel at ease straight away. The treatment was thorough and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be back!
I have been there for long time. Im doing laser and the machine that they have is one the most moderns and safety, so i can tell, it changes my life. I strongly recommend the place, Diana is my therapist, she so so lovely. I'm so happy with my treatment.
Carolina is an absolute gem! If you want a service that goes above and beyond pop in for a chat, promise you won't be disappointed. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
We are very grateful that we were able to experience the plasma pen during a training session with Carolina and Diana. We were given comprehensive information about the procedure and what the recovery would involve. We were initially concerned about our look, we experienced some redness, soreness and itchiness. After the treatment however we have seen improved results. Since the recovery which took approximately 2 weeks we feel the areas we had treated have significantly reduced lines and have lifted. No recommended for tattoo removal services Though the staff were lovely & easy to deal with, I would not recommend choosing tattoo removal from this venue. I experienced a great deal of alarming and unnecessary pain at both sessions, with little to no effect on the small, black line only (no colour) tattoo. 5cm x 5cm. I also experienced extreme blistering due to the high heat setting required from the broad spectrum laser that they are using. The blistering has left scarring & also effected my ability for future result from any laser removal. Their laser forced my tattoo to ‘set in’, as it was set at too high a heat. I have researched their machine and it appears they are using a laser hair removal machine to remove tattoos. The pain and blistering I experienced is to be expected of using this apparatus for this task. I would not have used their service if I had known prior. I can’t speak of their other services but definitely do not use them for tattoo removal and do your research before choosing a venue based on price. This venue was the cheapest by far but for my money I only received pain & inconvenience with no positive results. After one relatively pain free experience elsewhere with great result I have learnt my lesson.
