My son has been a patient of the Richlands practice for a few years. I recently took my son to get a filling and the experience has scarred him. He was terrified of dentists to start with, which is what I told the dentist, and I requested he have the happy gas to settle him. My son become upset, scared and anxious through the procedure. Instead of trying to calm my child, the dentist was rude, obnoxious and unsympathetic to his obvious distress. She spoke to him rudely and abruptly finished what she was doing (which I thought was finishing the filling), she simply filled the tooth with decay still there. She did not discuss or consult with me prior to doing this. I was then told my son would need to go under General Anaesthesia to have the filling finished and any further dental work performed and was given a referral and pretty much thrown out. I have never experienced more disgusting and unprofessional behavior from a medical practitioner in my life. There was no empathy whatsoever. This dentist should not be working on children with her inability to show empathy when a child is in distress. I would recommend to stay clear of this dental practice, I certainly will never go back!

I was referred to Dr Vishnu by a close friend . I was a new patient, and everyone in the practice was so professional. Dr Vishnu was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire practice was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr Vishnu really loves what he does. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Southside Dental. One of the best!

A very very good dentist, I would certainly recommend to anyone. The receptionists are excellent, very kind, friendly and easy to talk to. The male dentist was very good and efficient, very easy to talk to and explained everything very well. Excellent service and I will certainly go back there and highly recommend them

Southside Dental has made what I thought would be a stressful process of braces and other dental work an absolute breeze. The staff go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can. They are also the most welcoming group of people I have come across in a long time. Dr Vi has been working on my teeth for the last few months and has been really supportive. I suffer with anxiety and a visit to the dentist is not my idea of fun. She is amazing when it comes to this area and always checks in to ensure I am ok. She has done amazing work on my teeth and I will forever be grateful. Dr Vish has also been working along side me with my braces. Both Vish and his assistant Emily are amazing. They are both incredibly friendly and explain everything they are doing/ plan on doing in ways you can understand rather than the normal medical language you normally hear. I really love the fact that Vish checks in with me from time to time to ensure the tightening process and my pain levels are ok. This is the second time I have had braces and this is by far the best service and communication I have ever experienced. If you are looking for an amazing dentist then look on further. I promise you, you will not be disappointed in the service you receive at Southside Dental Group Richlands.

Dr Vishnu is the best! I travel From the Northern suburbs specifically for Southside Dental. He has got me out of some painful situations and come up with the best way to fix them. His assistant and receptionist are always happy and great to talk to. I cannot complain and Southside Dental is worthy of more than ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Really welcoming staff, I was getting a tooth extraction they talked me through the whole process as it was my first time. Got a follow up call today as well very impressed!!
