Our business has multiple rental units with Tranquil, when you are a customer, they treat you well and prompt with phone calls. Though i still have to help me team counting the number of deliveries as we were overcharged or even charged for cups we ordered but does not receive them. From all the troubles, i decided to switch all 3 sites to buy our own; From lease closure date, they do not bother to pick up the units until close to 3 months later, despite me leaving enquiries for pick up and contact their website. We run a business, we are not their warehouse storage. from a business to another business, i though they would be understanding that we can not keep holding their units just because they forget to arrange for pick up. Unacceptable behaviour from the delivery team member to leave our new unit with water dropping to the electrical board at the back. Tranquil will definitely not a recommendation if any other business ask me.

We have been using this service for over 10months and that is too long unfortunately, we thought it would be great to have water available to guests/clients in the lobby, however it is better no to use this company otherwise you just look silly ! First we needed to remind them for a cup dispenser which took months to get, then it is a ridiculous cup dispenser which falls off (magnet) and have to continuously throw away cups, we only order paper cups and we get plastic. It's a hit and miss with delivery so you go without water for a month as they don't deliver out of date range/area that they usually do. Finally the refrigeration is not working and although it has been a month since we had advised, I contact them to follow up only to find out that the invoice amount of 50 is outstanding hence they are not coming out even though we had agreed to pay quarterly. Honestly the worse service I have ever used as a business operator myself I am embarrassed for you and the fact that you still operate with these standards is appalling.
We switched to tranquil water recently and are very impressed! The service and quality of their product is second to none. I never thought I'd say this but the water tastes better!
I just started with them today, and I can tell from now it's a 5 star positive rating.
